“Face the World” skill to be taught in Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University

Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University has signed a memorandum of understanding with The/Nudge Foundation which is a non-profit organization. As per the MoU The/Nudge Foundation developed content on English speaking and digital skills will be incorporated in various degree and diploma courses of the university.

This initiative has been taken to make students job ready. The aim is to not just equip them with the technical knowledge & skills but to teach them 21st century skills, that has been termed as ‘Face the World’ skills by the university authorities. The skills such as effective communication, interpersonal skills, language skills, critical thinking, problem solving and more would be covered to facilitate easy career paths.

The/Nudge Centre for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship conducts Future Perfect Programs to train students in becoming smart professionals. It runs a high quality, online curriculum that is both student-oriented and market-driven.

The Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) has been established by the Government of NCT of Delhi, last year. Its main focus is in equipping students with world-class skill education so that they get jobs that they aspire for. Those who have entrepreneurial mindset can develop entrepreneurship skill. This initiative creates a win-win situation for the youth and the industry as it fills up the existing gaps in the area of professional skills of students.
