ETO Motors announced the acquisition of an order to deploy 500 electric three- wheelers in Uttar Pradesh, with a special emphasis on Ayodhya. The UP Government entrusted the company the responsibility to deploy the vehicles foressing the heavy rush to Ayodhya. The vehicles will be in service in Lucknow, Ayodhya, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Agra, Mathura, and Gorakhpur, according to a statement released by ETO Motors.
ETO Motors has been granted authorization to commence deployment with a specific focus on Ayodhya, coinciding with the inauguration of the Ram Temple.
This strategic launch in Ayodhya is designed to facilitate devotees visiting the sacred site, marking a pioneering step toward integrating electric mobility into cultural and religious events, the company stated.
“Our e-three-wheelers are not just vehicles but carriers of change, driving economic growth and social empowerment while upholding our commitment to environmental stewardship,” commented ETO Motors Director Karthik S Ponnapula.
In addition to this development, ETO Motors revealed its collaboration with Uber to create a sustainable and efficient electric mobility solution for urban transportation.
Through the synergy of ETO Motors’ expertise in electric vehicle technology and Uber’s expansive network and innovative ride-sharing platform, the partnership aspires to revolutionize urban mobility, as highlighted in the statement.
