Since the last few years, the number of students going to Ireland for studies is steadily growing. In 2021/22 academic year there was a 20% increase in international student enrolment. Just a decade ago, the number of Indian students studying in Ireland was in hundreds but today there are 4,000 Indian students pursuing education. As per Irish immigration rules, international students are eligible to work up to 20 hours per week during the academic term and up to 40 hours per week during holidays such as winter and summer breaks
