Hello Kids Preschool Chain Achieves Milestone with 1,000th Centre, Aims for 2,000 by 2028

New Delhi: Hello Kids, India’s first no-royalty model preschool chain, has achieved a
significant milestone by opening its 1,000th centre across India and Bangladesh. With an
ambitious expansion plan, the brand now aims to reach 2,000 centres by 2028, impacting over 100,000 students.

Founded in 2005 by Pritam Kumar Agrawal, Hello Kids started as a single preschool in Bangalore and has since grown into one of the largest preschool networks in the country. Initially prominent in southern cities like Bangalore and Hyderabad, Hello Kids is now expanding into northern and western India, reinforcing its position in the preschool segment.

Agrawal, hailing from a small village, built the brand with perseverance and innovation. In the early days, he managed operations himself, even driving school vans, before being joined by his wife, Sunita Jain, a software engineer. Together, they pioneered India’s first no-royalty preschool model, which allows for sustainable growth without compromising the quality of education.

“Our focus has always been on making preschools affordable and providing the best learning environment for young minds,” said Pritam Kumar Agrawal, Founder & Director of Hello Kids. “Our goal is to expand to 2,000 centres by 2028 while maintaining our commitment to excellence in early childhood education.”

Over the years, Hello Kids has received numerous accolades, including being recognized as
India’s Most Respected Childhood Education Brand 2022-23 by Education World and Leading Preschool Chain at the Elets World Education Summit 2022. The brand is known for its innovative curriculum and focus on early childhood development.

Sunita Jain, Director & CEO of Hello Kids, added, “Our goal has always been to make high-
quality preschool education accessible to every child. As we expand, we remain committed to providing a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for early learners.”

A key to Hello Kid’s success is its comprehensive training for franchise partners. The brand
equips them with essential tools, including curriculum guidance, innovative teaching methods like phonics, Montessori techniques, STEM education, and more. It also integrates digital learning tools such as Virtual Reality kits and talking pens to enhance the student experience.

Aligned with India’s New Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Hello Kids ensures a child-friendly,
hygienic, and secure environment with CCTV-monitored classrooms and experienced educators, fostering an enriching space for young learners.

As Hello Kids continues to grow and innovate, it remains dedicated to shaping the future of early childhood education across India and beyond.
