After the successful one-year training programme TechBee a career program for Class XII students who wished to pursue a career in technology, HCL Technologies is continuing its program for the students of Manipur in 2023-24. Last year the State Govt. signed a Mou with HCL Technologies to provide high-quality skilled Human Resources to cope up with the increasing demands of the IT Industries.
Senior officials from HCL Technologies said that upon completion of the programme, students are guaranteed a placement at HCL Technologies. They can also pursue their higher education with leading Universities while working simultaneously. Students enrolled in TechBee program will be placed in full time job with HCLTech after completing skills training in the fundamentals of IT. The program comprises of two parts – Class Room Training and Internship (Total duration: 6-12 months).
Candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs 10,000 during internship and on successful completion of program, the candidates will start earning a salary of Rs 1.7 – 2.2 Lakh per annum depending on job roles. Job roles include; Software Developer, Design Engineer, Tech Analyst, Data Engineer, Support & Process Associate.
Earn while you learn
Students can also pursue a degree with programs offered by BITS Pilani, Amity University online, SASTRA University, K L University and IIM Nagpur while working with HCLTech. The students can pursue a degree from BITS Pilani in BSc (Design and Computing), SASTRA University Work integrated BCA (3 years), Amity University Online Work integrated BCA or BBA or B Com, IIM Nagpur Integrated Management Program 5 years, KL University BCA 3 years.
The fee would be partly funded by HCLTech.
