HCL Tech, Wipro, TCS, Nasscom, Infosys, and many companies gear up to end WFH for employees

Work from Home (WFH) is a concept that emerged in the pandemic and became part of the new normal. Though the pandemic is far from being subsiding, since in India a large number of people are vaccinated, corporations are now providing directives to their employees to work from office or embrace the hybrid style of working, by working 2-3 days from home and next 2-3 days from office.
Big corporations like HCL Tech, Wipro, TCS, Nasscom, Infosys are few such corporations in the list of many others.

The employees would be returning back to work after 18 months of WFH amid safety protocols. Since a good percentage of employees of such corporations are fully vaccinated, the management is all set for their return to the work from office mode if not fully than at least partially.

Though the third wave seems inevitable in the coming months the corporations are of the opinion to bring normalcy back without lowering guard. For many of the employees its their personal preference to get back to the work from office mode.
