Zupee is a live quiz platform where users can answer questions to participate in competitions for cash prizes. The start-up has now raised $30 Million at a pre-money valuation of $500 Million in a Series B funding round. This round comes within 6 months after its Series A round at a $100 million valuation. The Series B round was led by Silicon Valley-based WestCap Group and Tomales Bay Capital. Matrix Partners India also participated in this round.
Zupee plans to use the latest fund in hiring global talent, deepening its reach in the market and for portfolio expansion. The start-up was founded by Dilsher Singh and Siddhant Saurabh in the year 2018 and is backed by Matrix Partners, India, Orios Partners, Smile Group and WestCap Group.
