The first Invitation from Smart City Thiruvananthapuram Limited (SCTL) was handed over to Shri. Arif Mohammed Khan, Hon’ble Governor of Kerala by Ms. Arya Rajendran, Hon’ble Mayor and Dr. Vinay Goyal IAS, CEO- SCTL to participate in the events to commemorate 75 years of India’s Independence (Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav).
