The nomination form should state the eligibility of the nominee.

• Kindly ensure an updated profile & payment transaction details are ready before proceeding with filling of the nomination form.

• There is a nominal fee ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 25,000 (excluding taxes) for different categories.

• The nomination fee is refundable (excluding applicable taxes & processing fee, Rs 1,500) in the eventuality of the candidate not shortlisted for the award.

• The evaluation process would be overseen by a select jury.

• Post assessment, winners will be informed via e-mail and telephone.
