Hyderabad: Senior IAS and 2010 batch officer HariChandana has taken charge as Secretary of the Labour, Employment, Training & Factories (LET&F) Department in Telangana. She has now been formally relieved from her responsibilities as Hyderabad Collector to assume her new assignment.
