Ayush Ministry launches Y-Break – a mobile application for working professionals

Y-Break is a five-minute yoga protocol designed by Ayush Ministry for working professionals to de-stress, refresh and refocus at their workplace. This would help them to enhance their productivity. The yoga protocol consists of asanas like pranayama and dhyana. The app was launched by Union Minister of Ayush, Sarbanand Sonowal.

Since the corporate professionals experience stress and physical problems due to long hours at work, looking constantly at computer screens, Y-break has been developed, to give them solace at the workplace and is meant to be followed sincerely for good health outcomes.

Yoga is very popular world-wide, reaching almost every part of the globe. It enhances spiritual health as well and should definitely be practiced by the stressed professionals.

The launch of Y-Break application is aimed to bring awareness about different yoga practices and help the professionals to practice it at their convenient time with ease. Launch of Y-Break is part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav which is being observed by the Government of India to celebrate the country’s 75th Year of Independence.
