Arogya Manthan 3.0: Special event on 3rd anniversary of ABPM-JAY today

Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Mansukh Mandaviya is inaugurating Arogya Manthan 3.0 today which is the virtual inaugural session of the third anniversary of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY). The theme of ‘Arogya Manthan 3.0′ is Service and Excellence’. It is a celebration that would be observed between September 23 to 25 followed by the valedictory session and national rollout of ‘Pradhan Mantri Digital Health Mission’ (PM-DHM) by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 27.

This 3-days hybrid event is being celebrated on the occasion of 3 years of successful implementation of AB PM-JAY since its inception on September 23, 2018. Dr Bharati Pravin Pawar, Union Minister of State, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare; Dr R S Sharma, CEO, National Health Authority; Dr Vinod K Paul, Member (Health); Rajesh Bhushan, Secretary (Health); Dr Praveen Gedam, Additional CEO, NHA and Dr Vipul Aggarwal, Deputy CEO, NHA and other dignitaries will be present in the inaugural event.

Health Minister will be interacting with AB PM-JAY beneficiaries from across India. He would be releasing the third edition of NHA’s Annual Report 2020-2021 and would be presenting awards to the best performing ABPM-JAY States/ Union Territories in the implementation of the scheme. Launch of key initiatives such as hospital help desk kiosk, beneficiary facilitation agency, PM-JAY Command Centre and nudge unit and revamped PM-JAY technology platform is also in the itinerary.
